Resetting My Password
If you've forgotten your password or simply need to reset it, follow these simple steps.
Step 1. Navigate to the Login Page:
Go to the login page. You should see the login fields for entering your email and password, along with a link labeled "Forgot your password?" underneath the password field.
Step 2. Click on “Forgot your password?”:
Underneath the password input field, click on the "Forgot your password?" link. This will redirect you to the password recovery page.
Step 3. Enter Your Registered Email Address:
On the password recovery page, enter the email address associated with your account. Make sure to use the correct email to receive the reset instructions.
Step 4. Check Your Email:
After submitting your email, check your inbox (and spam/junk folders) for an email from the platform. This email will contain a code to reset your password.
Step 5. Enter the Code from the Email:
After receiving the email, it will contain a verification code. Copy this code and return to the password reset page. Enter the code in the provided field to verify your identity.
Step 6. Enter and Confirm Your New Password:
On the reset page, enter your new password and confirm it. Ensure your new password is strong and unique, combining letters, numbers, and symbols for security.
Step 7. Log in with Your New Password:
Once your password has been successfully reset, return to the login page and use your new password to access your account.
Troubleshooting:
- If you don’t receive the password reset email, double-check the email address you provided or check your spam/junk folder.
- If you're still unable to reset your password, contact customer support for further assistance.
