Assigning New Courses

This guide will walk administrators through the process of assigning a course to a user in AviatorPro.


Step 1: Navigate to Manage Users

  1. Log in to your LMS Admin Dashboard.
  2. In the left-hand menu, click "Manage Users".

Step 2: Select the User

  1. Locate the user you want to assign a course to.
  2. Click on the eye icon next to the user's name to open their profile.

Step 3: Assign a Course

  1. In the Progress section;
  2. Click the green "Assign Courses" button.

  1. The Assign Courses page will appear.

Assigning an Individual Course

  1. Under "Add Course Package", select "No".
  2. In the Courses drop-down menu, select the desired course(s).

Assigning a Course Package

  1. Under "Add Course Package", select "Yes".
  2. In the Course Package drop-down menu, choose the desired package.

  1. Once the desired selections have been made;
  2. Click "Save" to confirm.
  3. The user will now have access to the assigned course package.

When a course is assigned, it will bill your schools current default payment method.


Troubleshooting

  • If a course does not appear in the selection list, ensure the course is available in the system.
  • You need a default payment in order to proceed with assigning courses.
  • If an assigned course does not reflect on the user’s dashboard, verify their role and permissions.
