Uploading a Written Exam

After completing your course, you’ll need to upload your FAA Written Exam (ACS Written) to finalize your training record.

This step verifies your completion and keeps your course unlocked and active.

When to Upload

Once your course is marked as Complete, you have 30 days to upload your FAA written test.

If the written exam is not uploaded within 30 days, your course will automatically lock until your results are submitted.

You’ll see a notice like this on your course card:

“To unlock your course, please submit your ACS Written Test below.”

How to Upload

  1. Log in to your AviatorPro account.
  2. Navigate to your completed course.
  3. Click Submit ACS Written.

Upload your FAA Written Exam Report (AKTR) — this must include:

    • Your full name
    • The exam type (e.g., IRA, CAX, FIA)
    • Your score
    • Date of completion

Once submitted, our team will review and verify your upload.

After You Upload

  • If approved, your course will remain unlocked and marked as complete.
  • If any issues are found (e.g., wrong file or missing information), you’ll receive a notification to re-upload.
  • You can also download your endorsement from the same page at any time.

Reminder: Your course must have a valid FAA written test uploaded within 30 days of completion to stay active. Expired or missing uploads will pause your course access until your results are submitted.
